1.1 A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. 1.2 Full payment must be made 30 days before the scheduled departure date. 1.3 Failure to complete full payment by the 30-day deadline will result in automatic cancellation without refund of any deposit paid.
2.1 Clients must inform the guide/caterer of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of deposit. 2.2 Any additional cost for optimal specific dietary requirements must be covered by the client
3.1 Clients may not cancel or reschedule any booking for any reason once payment has been made. 3.2 All payments, including deposits and final balances, are strictly non-refundable. 3.3 If the Guide cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, operational issues, etc.), clients will receive a partial refund at the guide’s discretion.
4.1 Trips operate at the guide’s discretion. Safety decisions made by the guide are final. 4.2 The guide is not responsible for delays or changes caused by adverse weather, ocean conditions, or other safety-related factors.
5.1 Clients must arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the trip without refund. 5.2 Clients must follow all instructions provided by the guide at all times. 5.3 Clients must ensure they are physically capable of participating in the trip. 5.4 Clients are responsible for bringing and taking care of their own medical pills, medications, or personal medical equipment. The guide is not responsible for any issues related to personal medical supplies. 5.5 Any upgrades requested by clients, including upgrading their campsite, hotel, or lodge accommodations, are at the client's own cost. 5.6 Clients have the option to book and pay for their own lodge, campsite, or other accommodation, but it must be communicated in writing at the time of deposit.
6.1 Alcohol consumption is allowed at night at the camp or designated areas, but is strictly prohibited while driving or operating any vehicle. 6.2 Clients are solely responsible for any fines, arrests, or legal consequences resulting from alcohol consumption or illegal activity. 6.3 The guide/company is not responsible for any penalties, arrests, or legal issues incurred by clients.
7.1 The guide does not provide basic fishing equipment unless stated otherwise. 7.2 Clients are responsible for any loss or damage caused to guide’s equipment due to negligence or misuse. 7.3 Clients are responsible for their personal fishing gear, vehicles, and belongings.
8.1 The guide reserves the right to end a trip early without refund if a client behaves in a way that endangers others, themselves, or the equipment.
9.1 Participation in fishing tours is at the client’s own risk. 9.2 The guide is not liable for personal injuries or any other incidents, whether during or outside of the trip, regardless of cause. 9.3 The guide is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal vehicles, fishing supplies, personal belongings, or any other client-owned property before, during, or after the trip.
10.1 All local fishing laws, bag limits, and size limits must be followed. 10.2 The guide has final authority regarding keeping or releasing fish. 10.3 Cleaning/filleting is only included if specified in the package.
11.1 The guide may take photos or videos during the trip for promotional use. 11.2 Clients may request in writing not to appear in marketing content.
By booking a trip with the guide, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
